STL138 Onyx Stone Lamp

This stone lamp is created from thick slabs of Mexican Onyx (a type of banded calcite). The top and all four sides are unique, but cut from the same rock. It shows translucent calcite in creamy yellow and green hues, with banding and fractures showing red and orange staining. The reddish brown base has a small carved divot that allows the cord to come out and the lamp to sit flat.
