At The Gem Shop, we want you to sparkle with confidence in every purchase. If your jewelry or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original jewelry in its protective gem box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
